Maslow was really in his bag when he created the hierarchy of needs. He would want us to fulfill customers’ basic needs! Doing well. Feeling good about themselves. Feeling loved and safe. Having shelter over their head and food to eat.

Very Important Point:
I said in another blog that people don’t care to read all your content. They’re really looking for what’s going to help them feel safe or feel good in their purchase.

Another Very Important Point:
Working for a nonprofit trying to get someone to donate? Sure, you can tell them they’re doing it to help someone else. But what are you really selling to them? The chance to fulfill their concepts of self-actualization and self-esteem.
